About the Charity Fund
Dynasty Charity Fund is a non-profit charitable organization endeavouring to help people in need, including children, young people, and the elderly. Mr Dicky Kwong Chi-Hong, The Director – General, together with Directors Ms Helen Wong Oi-Lun and Mr Ronald Kwong Ming-Ngai, have been relentlessly dedicating their efforts to various charity events over the years before founding the organization in 2009. To enhance the effectiveness in organizing and coordinating future large-scale charity events, the foundation will be the first in employing blockchain technology so as to help more people in need.
Dynasty Charity Fund is registered as a non-profit in the HKSAR under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (ref no.: 91/16754) and is therefore exempted from tax since its establishment on January 9, 2020. The organization aims to benefit the needy and communities in Hong Kong through community services, training sessions, concerts, and so on—filling the knowledge and skills gap, as well as providing mental wellness support.
Mission and Vision
To enhance the standards of living of the elderly and underprivileged communities in joint efforts with local volunteer groups
To encourage interested members of the public to take part in a multitude of charitable events through the organization’s platform and media
The founders are keenly aware of the power of “Paying It Forward”, leading to their ceaseless efforts in a vast array of voluntary work. Through events such as “Little Musical Philanthropist” and “A Band Xmas”, children are empowered to realize their power in helping others of their age who are in need—spreading love to all corners and inspiring lives with the power of music.
Highlights of Activities
“Legendary Beetle Club”
Held in the Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West in 2021, the “Legendary Beetle Club” press conference and car exhibition attracted passionate crowds to take pictures in the hotel lobby.
Celebrities in town, including singer George Lam Tsz-Cheung, artists Tony Hung Wing-Shing, Patrick Dunn Tse-Fung, and Cathy Cheng Man, were also there to support.
On this day, Honorary Executive Director Mr Dicky Kwong Chi-Hong entrusted the club to his son, our new Executive Director Mr Ronald Kwong Ming-Nga. More upcoming charitable events were announced to be held by the club, such as food distribution by the Beetle convoy, hoping to pass on the charitable virtues from father to son through the club.
Little Musical Philanthropist (since 2011)
The annual large-scale charity music event “Little Musical Philanthropist” involves over a thousand children every year. The event hopes to encourage children to actively take part in performances. From competitions to marathon music shows, any children can help their seriously-ill peers achieve their wishes, passing on the love and kindness to our next generation.

2018
“Little Musical Philanthropist” attracted more than a thousand “little musicians” to take an active role in their unique performances. In 2018, a group of award-winning musicians made a special trip to iSQUARE in Tsim Sha Tsui for a marathon performance, spreading the message of “Love for Love: Inspiring Lives with Music”.
Singer Joey Wong (JW) was invited to be the event ambassador. Along with the little musicians, they walked the talk of inspiring lives with music. The event aimed to help children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), spreading love to every corner of society. Thanks to our colleagues in the volunteer team, their active participation brought this event to a successful end.
2019
iSQUARE in Tsim Sha Tsui was filled with an artistic and cultural atmosphere, thanks to the group of little musicians taking turns to perform for everyone.
“Little Musical Philanthropist” specially invited Tang Siu-Hau to be the event ambassador. Tang was extremely supportive of this event because her mum deterred her from learning music at a young age. She thus deemed it meaningful for children to have the opportunity to learn musical instruments.
The beneficiary organization of this event was again “Autism Partnership Foundation” (APF), a charity helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to adapt to society.
A Band Xmas (since 2016)
With the belief in inspiring lives with music, the organization has been sponsoring the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra every Christmas for large-scale festive music performances at the Piazza of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. The event aims to recognize the efforts of young musicians, build self-esteem and confidence in them, as well as raise public awareness towards the local art and music scenes.

2017
Surrounded by the scenic views of Victoria Harbour, thousands of devoted performers gathered at the Piazza of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre for a good cause, rejuvenating the town with the warmth of festivities. The beneficiary organization was the Autism Partnership Foundation. Greatest shoutout to both individual and group performers, it was all your participation and support that brought the event success.
2018
The annual marathon of large-scale Christmas music performances, “A Band Xmas 2018”, continued to take place at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui. Nearly a thousand young performers put on a wonderful show together. On one hand, the concert recognized the efforts of young musicians; on the other hand, it raised public awareness towards the local art and music scenes.
Not only did the concert add to the festive vibes, but it also inspired lives with music and caring for the vulnerable communities, thus giving back to society on this day of universal celebration.
